Our naturalist guides and photographers will accompany you in the discovery and respectful approach of marine species. Naturalist guide & photographer Founder of Tahiti Ocean Explorer, he has transformed his passion for the ocean into an immersive adventure, offering you a unique experience to discover the diversity and richness of Polynesian waters. Baptiste has contributed to numerous shark and cetacean research projects in the South Pacific. His commitment to the preservation of these vital species is reflected in his day-to-day work and in the awareness he can offer you. His passion for everything that happens in the depths of the ocean is palpable. Whether diving, snorkeling, or through his images, Baptiste shares his fascination for marine life with an enthusiasm that inspires.
JULIAN
Naturalist Guide & Photographer
A true lover of marine biology, he shares his in-depth knowledge of species, complex ecosystems and animal behavior on board. His infectious passion will arouse your curiosity and enrich your Tahiti Ocean Explorer experience. Julien has explored the depths of the oceans on every continent on expeditions and reports to highlight and protect species. Always with camera in hand, he loves to highlight the hidden treasures of Polynesia and the emotions that each encounter can arouse in us. On board, he'll give you practical advice on how best to capture the magic moment!
LOU
Naturalist guide
Passionate about marine life, she shares her love of the oceans and her knowledge of the species with passion. Lou is heavily involved in conservation missions, particularly turtle nesting in Polynesia. Her commitment to the protection of these majestic creatures is reflected in her daily work, raising awareness of the importance of preserving these vulnerable species and their natural habitat. She will detail the characteristics of the species encountered, encouraging a deeper understanding and renewed respect for the marine ecosystem. Her positive, caring energy helps make each expedition memorable and enjoyable, creating a special bond between participants and the beauty of nature.

Captain
A native of the Tuamotu Islands, a true master of the seas and an attentive guardian of nature, Tema has criss-crossed Polynesian waters, providing logistics and safety for numerous divers at some of Polynesia's most beautiful spots. He's our eagle eye on board, tracking animals and analyzing their movements. He benevolently supervises everything that happens on board. Tema will prepare a snack featuring fresh local produce, giving you the opportunity to enjoy a delicious snack while supporting local production. He'll share anecdotes about marine life, Tahitian culture and sustainable practices, creating an unforgettable educational experience.
