Tahiti Ocean Explorer is deeply committed to minimizing our ecological footprint while maximizing our positive impact on marine life. We believe in everyone's responsibility towards our environment, and we are proud to be associated with such projects.

Te Mana or Te Moana:

In collaboration with Te Mana o Te Moana, we are actively involved in the protection of sea turtles, the fascinating guardians of Polynesian waters. Our teams take part in awareness-raising programs, monitoring nesting beaches and protecting crucial turtle habitats. Each excursion with Tahiti Ocean Explorer also helps support Te Mana o Te Moana's turtle research and conservation initiatives.

Our partnership with Oceania strengthens our determination to protect humpback whales during their annual migration around Tahiti. As passionate naturalist instructors and guides, we are ambassadors for marine wildlife, sharing our knowledge with you, while contributing to research and conservation efforts in projects such as "Ocean Watch" led by Oceania and the Ministry of the Environment. Every Tahiti Ocean Explorer outing becomes a unique opportunity to observe, identify, record and protect these giants of the oceans.

Tamari'i Fishermen's Point:

Tamari'i Pointe des Pêcheurs is an essential partner in our coral preservation initiatives. Together, we work to raise awareness of the threats to coral reefs among a broad public (schools, visitors, fishermen...) and to promote sustainable fishing practices. Our team is actively involved in coral study and restoration projects, helping to preserve these vital ecosystems.
